Both units, located at 10 Summer Lane, Harwichport, MA, have been entirely rehabbed, including adding skylights in the raised roof to provide natural light. Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin Robbins and Best Cleaners are now located at this address on the street level. The second and third floors are office space, which include the DeStefano brothers business, Desco Associates, Inc., who in 1999, were awarded by the Belmont-Watertown Chamber of Commmerce, the Small Business Revitalization Award for this extensive renovation. The structure is one of the few unaltered 19th-century commercial buildings in town.
