  • 10 Summer Lane. Starting in 2006, two side-by-side cottages on Cape Cod, built in the 1950’s, were re-designed by Desco Associates, Inc. and completed in the summer of 2007. Both units, located at 10 Summer Lane, Harwichport, MA, have been entirely rehabbed, including adding skylights in the raised roof to provide natural light. (click to view)





Articles & Awards

In 1998, Desco Associates, Inc. purchased the former Venuti Market block at Waverley Crossing. Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin Robbins and Best Cleaners are now located at this address on the street level. The second and third floors are office space, which include the DeStefano brothers business, Desco Associates, Inc., who in 1999, were awarded by the Belmont-Watertown Chamber of Commmerce, the Small Business Revitalization Award for this extensive renovation. The structure is one of the few unaltered 19th-century commercial buildings in town.
