    This Queen Anne Victorian was rehabbed in 1995, with the restoration addition including a wrap around porch.
  • 17 – 19 Chandler Street, Belmont, MA
    Completion of two single-family home projects.
  • 63 – 65 Hamilton Road, Belmont, MA
    In 1996, this project consisted of breaking ground for two new town homes and was completed in 1997.

    Desco Associates, Inc. purchased this multi-million dollar home from the Massachusetts Audubon Society, in 2005. Being supporting members of the Habitat Wildlife Sanctuary and now neighbors, Desco Associates, Inc. had a vested interest to preserve the surrounding natural habitat.
